ROOTCHAT: community growth and raid protection

In 2024 ROOTCHAT_OFFICIAL became one of the main hubs of activity for ROOTWIN PROJECT. The chat reached Telegram’s global search and started growing rapidly.

Community growth

The team focused on promoting the chat, boosting member activity, and strengthening its position in search. ROOTCHAT became the place where project news, community discussion, feature testing, and everyday audience life all came together.

Raid protection

In September 2024 the chat infrastructure faced a large coordinated attack: thousands of bots tried to join the project’s network of chats at once. The team fought off the raid and afterward strengthened automated moderation.

This episode became an important test of the community’s maturity: ROOTCHAT was no longer just a chat, but a notable platform that needed to be defended as a full-fledged part of the project.
