ROOTWIN and Elysium Team announce a partnership

On September 6, 2026, ROOTWIN PROJECT formed an official partnership with studio Elysium Team — a team creating original mods for Doki Doki Literature Club and translating existing mods into Russian.

Who is Elysium Team

Elysium Team is a Russian-speaking DDLC modding studio organized into four departments:

• Elysium Development — building original mods
• Elysium Production — collaborating with other developers and distributing mods
• Elysium Translate — translating foreign mods into Russian
• Elysium Voice — voice-over work for DDLC content, including mods and videos

The studio’s projects include the original mods Vladivostok Voyage and Deceptive Hearts, as well as a translation of My Best Friend Is a Ghost: Episode One.

What the partnership covers

The main focus of the collaboration is ROOTWIN PROJECT helping develop software for Elysium Team — tools that make translating mods and working with them more efficient, from automating routine localization steps to simplifying mod builds and maintenance.

This mirrors ROOTWIN’s approach with other fandom teams: tools are built around real, day-to-day translation and modding work rather than in the abstract.
