Canvas of Minds
“The mind is a blank canvas. But which colors will you choose when the brush is in your hands?”
Canvas of Minds is ROOTWIN’s original fan modification for Doki Doki Literature Club. It is a psychological drama with romance and thriller edges: familiar club rooms, less familiar ground underneath. The player’s choices are meant to leave a mark, not just unlock a CG.
We announced the project with a teaser on 10 July 2026. Writers, testers, and an artist are already on the team. We are still looking for people who can finish a scene, a track, or an asset — not only pitch one.
What we are building
- script, dialogue, and branch structure;
- visual direction, sprites, backgrounds, interface pieces;
- music and sound;
- Ren’Py assembly and playtesting.
Why the tools matter here
This is not a side doodle. Canvas of Minds is how we stress RenDoki, R-Migrator, and AutoBuild on a story that has to ship. If a pipeline cannot survive a real VN, it does not belong in a partnership with localization teams.
